Spanish After-School Enrichment Program – MKM Education ; The East Cobb foreign language after school program is thrilled to offer Spanish classes at Tritt E.S., again this spring ! Our Spanish classes are taught by experienced classroom Spanish teachers. The teachers have created a fun and productive learning environment where the children have the opportunity to establish basic language and beginning conversation skills. The teachers use a vocabulary based curriculum which incorporates games, role play, music, art and various other activities to help build and maintain your child’s enthusiasm for learning a new language. Each session the children are introduced to new content and curriculum.  The program is available to students in kindergarten to fifth grade and we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes. Your child will be placed in one of these classes according to grade, experience, ability and sufficient enrollment for that class. We work very hard to place each child in the most appropriate class. Your link for clubscientific is not working. I want to sign up my daughter. How can I do it?

  • admin (author) said:

http://www.clubscientific.com is the website. I think they have had some issues lately with it being down. This is the only way they have given us to register students for their programs.

Where is Gentle Arts on the list. I do not see this offered?

Hi, The link to bricks4kids is not working. Is there an alternate link? Thx!

  • admin (author) said:

We are using a different vendor for Karate this year.

Marietta Martial Arts teaches an aggressive, offense-based form of Karate. Gentle Art was a defense-based form (more like Aikido or Tai Chi). The two are not equivalent, so please don’t say that the new Karate class is just “a different vendor”. It’s a completely different type of class.

  • Bravo! said:

Thanks so much for your hard work in lining up all of these vendors and coordinating the programs! Our kids are so fortunate to have all of these opportunities for additional learning after school. It is one of the reasons we chose Tritt!

    Laura,

I apologize for offending you. I saw Gentle Arts Karate, and Karate and thought they were equivalent. I know the choices for FAST are based on levels of participation, availability of the teachers and space considerations in the school. I believe that the participation level for the Gentle Arts Karate was an issue, and it was replaced with something that might have a broader appeal.

Thank you for your work to put together these great opportunities at our school!

Club Scientific’s website does not have a place, that I saw, to register for the class. The link posted here is still not working. Any other suggestions for registering?

I tried the link again for Club Scientific – every time I click on the link I get this message:
We’re sorry, but the page has expired. Please go back to the beginning and start again.
