The TTF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization whose mission is to enhance educational opportunities for ALL students at Tritt Elementary School.

What is the TTF?

The TTF supports Tritt identified STEAM initiatives, funds the full-time Science Lab teacher, and provides cutting edge literacy strategy training to all faculty members. The TTF provides supplies for the Science and Technology Labs and has also provided over 230 iPads for instructional use, 25 netbooks, 5 iPad carts, and a 3D-Printer.

What does the TTF fund?

The Foundation was established in 2001 to work hand-in-hand with the PTA. The PTA is instrumental in providing materials/supplies, teacher grants, educational opportunities and special events, however, the national PTA guidelines limit how the PTA can spend funds.  The TTF can utilize funds for teacher salaries, capital improvements, equipment purchases, and other identified school and student needs.  The TTF is the sole provider of our lab teacher’s salary.  Without the TTF, the science lab position would not be funded.

Why do we need TTF?
  • Investor Donations

  • F.A.S.T. – 15% the F.A.S.T. class student registration fees are given back to the TTF

Who funds the TTF?

The TTF Board collaborates with parents, staff, and administration to identify goals and prioritize the goals for each school. The TTF Board is made up of Tritt community members like you.
